Sweet Bites of Joy offers a large variety of cookies from your favourite chocolate chip to something more elaborate like some out of the ordinary sandwich cookies. The Melting Moments, two melt in your mouth shortbread cookies stuffed with a creamy chocolate chip filling, these are a best seller at SBOJ, or how about Carrot Cake cookies, two chewy carrot cake cookies filled with a cream cheese frosting.

If bars are your thing, I HIGHLY recommend the Coffee White chocolate chip bars. You will thank me later. The best part about the bars are that if you wrap them up good, you can throw them in the freezer for another day!
